To work in one of our boutiques, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Below you will find some examples of what you will be doing when working in one of our Fruits & Passion boutiques:

Manager, International Markets
Under the supervision of the Director, International Markets, the Manager is mainly responsible for ensuring good management and business relations with our partners in various international markets. To do so, the Manager, International Markets, shall:
- Establish constructive communications with various business partners to ensure effective mutual collaboration;
- Assume a leading role in marketing activities such as the validation, enhancement and analysis of promotional windows and the development of communication plans specific to the needs of different markets;
- Develop market-based sales optimization strategies to increase profitabilityIssue purchase orders and follow-up with suppliers;
- Analyze and review market-based sales objectives;
- Ensure respect for corporate image and compliance with standards and procedures using various control instruments.
Requirements
- B.A. in international trade or administration specialised in marketing, or any other relevant training

Marketing Coordinator, International Markets
Under the supervision of the Director, International Markets, the Coordinator is mainly responsible for coordinating and ensuring a relationship with the various marketing services. The coordinator also ensures outstanding customer service in order to maintain harmonious relations with international business partners. In addition, he/she supports the management and development of marketing strategies and the control of the company’s corporate image at the international level. The responsibilities of the Coordinator, International Markets, are amongst others to:
- Adapt and manage the marketing plan with respect to the international context;
- Ensure that marketing of in-boutique products complies with the applicable standards by distributing appropriate marketing guides and controlling the visual presentation;
- Ensure that boutiques in other countries comply with norms and standards when developing various communication tools;
- Help implement the marketing plan at the opening of international boutiques;
- Work in collaboration with the network of boutiques to develop plans for promotional activities, animation and communication;
- Outline action plans using promotions to enhance the marketing calendar and develop the advertising content needed to create a specific calendar window;
- Support franchises as needed within the context of their operations by offering the outstanding customer service that makes for success;
- Study the different cultures and stay up to date on new trends regarding products and development.
Requirements
- B.A. in marketing or international trade or the equivalent
- Perfect spoken and written English and French
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Organizational skills, initiative and tact; detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Customer-oriented approach; good team worker

Production, warehouse and distribution positions
Fruits & Passion hires temporary personnel from June to December in its production department for the Christmas productions.
Due to the constant growth of the company, many temporary positions become permanent after a period of 6 months or greater.
We need qualified individuals for our various production lines (bottling, mixing, and decorating) as well as for the order preparation and shipping departments.
