Since day one, Fruits & Passion has been a major contributor to Canadian charitable organizations. The company give over 100 Canadian organizations, mostly to Canadian charity fundraising benefits in a variety of sectors.

Fruits & Passion has been a partner of Habitat for Humanity Canada for five years now. Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that helps low-income families realize their dream of home ownership. Volunteers, donors, community personalities, and families come together to build or renovate simple, affordable homes. Habitat for Humanity is a long term solution that seeks to break the cycle of poverty and reduce the housing crisis. As part of its holiday programs, Fruits & Passion gave Habitat up to $186 000.

Donation Sponsorship Program

Fruits & Passion is ready and willing to contribute to a variety of social, cultural, and community organizations in the form of product donations or sponsorships. The company also occasionally contributes to corporate events to promote its brand and products.

Selection Criteria

  • All donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted in writing at least 5 weeks before the event.
  • All basic information must be provided (name and address of the organization, contact person, date of the event, and the organization’s registration number and registered name).
  • A summary of the organization’s profile, purpose, territory, etc., must be included in the request, along with a detailed description of the activity.
  • Type of donation requested
  • Visibility plan, if applicable

Ineligible Requests

Fruits & Passion generally turns down the following requests:

  • Last minute requests
  • Financial support
  • Groups not recognized as charitable organizations
  • Individual causes
  • Private, personal events
  • Repeat requests
  • Direct mailings
  • Political contributions
